The location was closed to the train station and walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

The room layout was very comfortable and took full advantage of available space. The location was perfect, close to electric town but just far enough that you could walk back at the end of the day and enjoy peace and quiet. The hotel amenities are extensive and they offer a cute bag of children's amenities.Also, the rooms are cleaned every three days so just be aware. Towels and water as well as trash are replaced daily.

Easy check-in and out process, friendly staff, amazing food options

Clean, quiet, and comfy. My room had a nice view of the Kanda river that I really enjoyed. The room actually felt larger than most Japanese hotel rooms listed as the same size. The location is really great in that its near Akihabara station and easy to access. It was quiet in spite of proximity to the trains. The aesthetics of the hotel were also really interesting in the reception area, in the halls, and in the room.

The elevator is a bit slow and whenever you scan your card to go to your floor from the 1st floor it always stops on the second floor. I assume this was to allow guests to grab things toiletries and such, but if you are just trying to get back to your room because you do not need them its a bit of an annoyance. One thing I would recommend the hotel offer in terms of toiletries is instead of just a body sponge include a disposable wash cloth they are pretty standard at Japanese hotels and at least in my case are more preferable to a sponge.

The most comfortable bed I have slept in at any accommodation both within and outside of Japan in the last few years. Location was conveniently close to Akihabara station but far enough away to be in a quieter area. The access and check-in was very smooth. I appreciated being able to drop my bags off early before check-in. I also appreciate that you were able to check-in quite late as well.Room was very clean and I enjoyed having a window to let in some natural light (not always common in Japan). The quirky and cute little robot at the check-in desk was fun as was the free gachapon token.

Smallest room I stayed in during my time in Japan, first time I struggled to open a bag in the room.

Hotel Resol Akihabara is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Tokyo, perfectly balancing a great location near the Akihabara station with a surprisingly peaceful atmosphere. The very friendly staff go above and beyond to ensure a seamless stay, providing a level of hospitality that makes a lasting impression. The rooms are exceptionally clean and thoughtfully designed, complemented by great amenities.

Location was excelent as it is very close to the main metro system in Akihabara and more. The facility was kept clean and professional. Amenities were just fine. Staffs were all very nice as well.

The room size was rather small for two to stay all though it was advertized for two. I felt the room size was for one.

Room is quite big for a hotel room in japan, there's a seating area as well for extra space. Location is good, 2 mins walk from Akihabara station and Iwamotocho station which is both so convenient to get around tokyo. has lots of free stuff at the lobby for the guests.

need better plugs for chargers or just more outlets in general as they only had one usb port which took way too long to charge anything with.

I love Resol Hotels, but this has not become my favorite. Front desk is friendly,warm and extremely helpful with luggage and restaurant reservations. The lobby was adorable, quaint, comfortable to sit and plan out the day or wait for check in. The amenities go above and beyond....not just the basics of shampoo and soap, but hair oil, face wash/lotions, hair ties, hair brush, razor, etc. and a number of cards to request if needed, additional pillows, blanket, etc. free of charge, plus there are teas, a microwave, free water dispenser, etc.. Our room had a window overlooking the river, peaceful, full view of the sky/weather. and could open a little to let the breeze in. Comfortable room/bed, and window kept out quite a bit of noise. Location couldn't have been better. A small walk to JR Akihabara station, but far enough away for no train noise. Close to restaurants, konbinis, Donki, Bic, Atre, .....the station hub makes for quick trips to other wards on either side of the Imperial Palace grounds, or north to Ikebukuro/Ueno. A delightful boutique hotel with a perfect location.

A warning of the 5pm emergency testing system/loudspeaker.....especially for those with a river view (I saw the loudspeaker atop a building just on the other side of the river. I had the window open, napping, and was jolted awake at 5pm to a nursery tune......I thought I was in the middle of Squid Game!

Easy to find, right next to railway/transport, room was very small but we didn’t spend much time in the room anyways, just to sleep. Lots of toiletries for free and clean room.

Floor was not very clean. carpet had odd stains.

A good value hotel in a good location. It is a short walk from the vibrant Akihabara district and a few minutes from the metro network. Basic but good value with plenty of little touches.

The location was perfect to get to Akihabara station. Great spot to get to and see all the anime and Manga stuff. The shower was very nice with good temp control and pressure. The hotel was quiet and easy to sleep in.

The pillows were a little firm and compacted easily. This is a common thing I noticed in multiple hotels l, so not unique to Resol. The room size was very compact. It was small enough that I could not get my roller bag past the bed and wall.

I loved this hotel! The location is amazing for shopping around Akihabara and it’s right on the river. Close to lots of stores, restaurants, cafes, and the train station. Very lovely staff and nice amenities. The rooms are bit small but very comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Japan.
